He's just a beginner! I've seen several "steering wheel occupants" (would want to profane the term - driver) talking on a cell phone with a map in front of them on (of all raceways) the Beltway! Several more with both hands filled with lunch or other objects and, the true classic, the Minivan Soccer Mom, cell in one hand, bottle of water in the other and trying to converse with back seat passengers - at 65 mph! You get such a variety here in the area of the Nation's Capital. Then, there's always the true moving disaster - the car with diplomatic tags! Laws - they don't have to pay attention to no stinking US laws. If I could just figure out a way to mount a Stinger,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Only a newpaper? He’s just a beginner!
