So…. I recently posted about how out of shape I was and how I wanted to start the 100 Push Ups program.
Well, things are going well… but these push ups are KICKIN’ MAH BUTT!!!
It is a little neat to see how I am progressing, but daaaaayum…. my arms are sore! I started last Tuesday (because I forgot about it on Monday), so today will be Day 3 of Week 1 and Monday will start Week 2!
Hope my arms last until then…
