My Dad sent me an article a little while ago… apparently our people (yes, I’m part Sioux, part German) are stirring the pot a bit and have finally seceded from the US.

I think I’m in a sort of “shock” about it. My heart is fluttering… my brain is confused… I feel all nervous inside.
…. weird.
I’m not sure how I feel about this, but I want to say that I strongly support the Lakota in their bold move. Hell, I’ve even been sporting a “This is Indian Land” bumper sticker on my GTI for about as long as I’ve owned the car!
I wouldn’t mind being a Lakota citizen either…. if the US wouldn’t alienate me for it… or send me a nice blanket infected with smallpox. ;o)
